Hen & eggs
The packs have a range of beef cuts from premium through gravy beef and topside
to roasts, rump, scotch fillet, porterhouse and fillet. They also include gluten-free
and preservative-free sausages, and weigh about 10 kilos. The cost is $16.00 per
kilo, with free delivery. The packs do vary a little in content, as some of the
cuts are in limited supply, so you may not get eye fillet, but you may get scotch
fillet or porterhouse instead.

Quarters and sides of beef
If you prefer to order larger packs, we also have sides or half sides of beef at
$15.00 per kilo, each cut packed into 2-3 person serves. Each pack contains the
full range of cuts, and weighs between 35 and 40 kgs for a quarter or 70-80 kgs
in a side. Why not share a quarter with a friend or family member and make a considerable
saving?
Lamb packs
Complete sides of lamb (8-10 kg) cut and packed into 2-3 person serves, so they
include all the cuts. The cost is $14.00 per kilo.
Payment will be 'cash on delivery', cheque, via bank transfer on the delivery day
or by credit card.
If you would like to
make an order for any week, please place your order by 8 pm on
Tuesday of the order week.
Please include:
- Type of order – 10 kg taster pack or quarter/side of beef, side of
lamb
- Number of packs
- Delivery address and contact numbers – home and mobile
- Preferred method of payment
- Preferred times for delivery
- Date of delivery if not this Friday * (Perth customers)
- Request for a pack of soup bones free with your order if you would
like some for stock, or dog bones for your pets
But wait, there’s more: As part of your delivery, we also
supply:
- Our own locally grown and bottled cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
at only $13 per 500 ml bottle
- Organic table olives at $10 per jar – Kalamata (black), Manzanillo,
Barouni, or UC13A6 (all green)
- Fresh-laid ‘Cackleberries’ biodynamic eggs direct
from the grower at $8.00 per dozen for a 700 gm carton
- Unprocessed honey, certified organic from our own bee hives - $12.00
for 750 gms (usually $12 at markets)
Before delivery, we will email to confirm your delivery time and day. All meats
are tray-packed and delivered frozen to keep it at peak freshness. If you have any
