Beef tasting packs
Our beef tasting pack consists of one tray each of:

- Top cuts: Eye fillet, Scotch fillet, Porterhouse,
Rump Steak
- Mid-range and BBQ: Topside steak, Sandwich steak,
Round steak, Oyster blade, BBQ (blade), Stir-fry strips
- Slow cook: Diced steak, Chuck steak, gravy beef, one
beef roast (may be a topside, pocket, blade, rolled or round steak roast), beef
ribs, osso bucco,
- Other: 1 premium mince, 1x bbq sausages, 1x sun-dried
tomato & basil sausages, 1x hamburger patties (all gluten-free and preservative
free).
- The cost is 5% less than the market price, with free delivery.
The packs may vary a little in content from time to time, and we can always adjust
the packs to suit you.

Quarters and sides of beef
It pays to buy in bulk, so share a quarter or side of beef with friends or family
members and enjoy a big cost saving at just $15.00 per kilo. Each side is cut and
packed into 2-3 person serves and packed into 2 equal shares, each weighing between
33 and 40 kg per quarter or
65-80 kg per side.
Lamb packs
Complete sides of lamb (8-10 kg) cut and packed into 2-3 person serves, so they
include all the cuts. The cost is $14.00 per kilo. The cost is $14.50 per kilo.
Payment will be 'cash on delivery', cheque, via bank transfer on the delivery day
or by credit card.

CHICKEN
Certified organic and locally grown in Donnybrook. These birds are truly free-range
chickens, and available at $15/kg. Sizes range from 1.3 – 3.1 kg, so let us know
what size you’d like.
