Redtail Ridge organic table olives are hand-picked every autumn, and cured in the traditional way. They are available in 330 g (drained weight) or 1.2 kg jars.

We currently have the following varieties available:

• Kalamata- the famous Greek black olive, creamy texture and always delicious
• Manzanillo – small and rich-flavoured Spanish green olive
• Barouni – large, soft and strong-flavoured Tunisian green olive
• UC13A6 (Californian Queens) – large, crisp-fleshed and gentle tasting green olive from California.
